- The receptionist, Laura-Ann, really goes over and above to provide a truly welcoming service for every visitor. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our abundant tapas meal. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. Marilyn, Frome
