- The receptionist, Laura-Ann, really goes over and above to provide a truly welcoming service for every visitor. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our abundant tapas meal. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone. Marilyn, Frome

- An impressive venue situated on Osborne Road, staff are extremely polite and helpful, the place screams quality and doesn’t fail to impress. I enjoyed a most comfortable night and slept like a baby, the breakfast the following morning was highly enjoyable. Chris B
